There was an ancient stone house, in the middle of old carballos, just behind the area where Señorío de Rubiós winery (D.O. Rías Baixas) is. A charming and historical house that is waiting to be discovered. That house is de basis of our hotel, the main building of our facilities and the pillar of the new project of Señorío de Rubiós.

The winery was founded in 2005 as a result of the work and effort of a group of people from O Condado do Tea region. Señorío de Rubiós has always been a different winery, going against the current with the vinification of red wines.

Nowadays, we vinificate white, red and sparkling wines, all of them within Rías Baixas D.O. We defend the philosophy of recovering traditional varieties and wines since they are the best expressing the features and essence of Condado do Tea lands.

It was precisely the idea of showing those lands and that landscape and the desire of developing this region the reason to convert that house into a hotel. And now, this hotel is the beginning of an enotourism project where nature is the main character.
