- – BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
1.1. – To make a booking, it is compulsory to indicate a credit card number and its expiration date by way of guarantee. If you book through a travel agency, we will ask for that information during the check-in.
1.2. – Your credit card is just a security tool. The cancellation of your booking will not entail any cost if you ask for at least 72 hours before your arrival. If you cancel your reservation within those 72 hours, you will be charged the cost of the first night and your booking will be automatically cancelled.
1.3. – All the prices of our bookings, once confirmed, include 10% of IVA fee.
1.4. – Once the reservation is made, you will receive an email with your booking confirmation. If you do not agree, please send your answer according with the agreed terms.
2.- CHILDREN
2.1. – Those minors between 3 and 14 years old are considered children.
2.2. – They must share room with their responsible adults and use a supplementary bed.
2.3. – Children under the age of 3 are considered as babies and they stay free of charge.
2.4. – Minors under the age of 18 must stay together with their mother, father or legal guardian. Otherwise, we will ask for their written authorisation.
3.- CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
3.1. – Guests can stay in the room during the period specified in the document they receive in check-in.
3.2. – According to Spanish decree 179/2011, of 8th September, regulating the price and bookings regime for tourist accommodation and catering establishments in the Autonomous Community of Galicia, check-in time begins at 15:00 hours and check-out ends at 12:00 hours.
3.3. – If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us as soon as possible and always before check-out time. If we have availability, we will modify your reservation.
3.4. – If you are late in your check-out time without prior notice, the hotel reserves the right to charge 25% of the daily rate as a late check-out supplement. If you departure is delayed until 20:00 hours, you will be charged the total amount of the daily rate.
3.5. – According to Spanish order 1922/2003, of 3rd July, regulating the registered traveller system in establishments, all people over the age of 16 must identify theirselves with a identification document (ID card, Residence Card, Passport, etc.) during check-in. Otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to refuse admission.
